What are Spirit Points?
Spirit Points are a way to showcase your school’s engagement and spirit through various activities. The more points your school earns, the closer you get to winning the Spirit Stick, a symbol of excellence and school pride.
How to Earn Spirit Points
1. Online Activities
Create a Profile: Start by creating a profile on the N4CSGA website and joining your division group chat. Introduce yourself and connect with your peers. 🖥️
Engage on Social Media: Post about your school’s activities, tag us, and mention N4CSGA. Each tag or mention earns 25 Spirit Points! 📸
Register Early for Conferences: Secure your conference spot by the first registration deadline to earn points for your early commitment. 📅
Pay Membership Fees On Time: Ensure your membership fees are paid by the deadline to earn additional points. 💸
Host a Voter Registration Event: Promote civic engagement at your college by organizing a voter registration event. 🗳️
2. Conference Participation
Attend Meetings: Earn 25 points for each attendee at division and Town Hall meetings. 📅
Bring Snacks or Swag: Contribute to the conference experience by bringing snacks or swag for attendees. 🍿
Adopt a Board Member: Engage with board members or advisors during conferences. 🤝
3. Special Activities

The Spirit Stick
What is the Spirit Stick? The Spirit Stick is a trophy symbolizing school spirit and leadership. The winning school gets to keep the Spirit Stick and display their flag among those of previous winners.
How it Works Schools accumulate points throughout the year. The school with the most points at the end of the spring conference wins the Spirit Stick. If your school wins, you’ll also be responsible for the cost of your flag if it’s not already on the Spirit Stick.
